Sleigh Ride Booking

Location

Haven Pines is located at 1500 Zeman Rd, Eagle River, WI 54521.

We are located 5 miles west of downtown Eagle River off of Highway 70.

Cost

The cost of a sleigh ride is $135 per group up to 5 people. Additional people are $10 each. Children 2 and under are free. All rides are private to your group regardless of the group size.

We accept cash, check, or credit cards/venmo with a 3% convience fee for electronic payments.

Booking

To book a ride, please text/call 715-891-9667 or via email at booking@havenpines.com.

Please include the following information in your request:

• Full name
• Email address for the reservation
• Phone number for the reservation
• Date and time of the ride
• Group size: adults, kids under 18, kids 2 and under

If we don't respond right away, we process requests in the order in which we receive them.

Group Size

While every group is different, in general we can accommodate groups of up to 18 people with a mix between adults and minors. Our sleigh can generally accomodate up to 12 adults and up to 6-8 minors in most cases. We can accomodate larger groups, but please contact us to discuss specifics.

Waitlist

We do have a waitlist we maintain for sleigh rides. If there is a time slot that works for your group, but you'd prefer a different time if it becomes available, we are happy to add you to the waitlist for alternative times. Send an email to booking@havenpines.com to be added to the waitlist.

Weather Policy

We will give rides to when the daily high temperature is 4°F or higher. If the temperature is below 4°F, we will notify you in advance if we have to cancel the ride. There is no charge for Haven Pines cancelling due to weather.

Rain and/or ice is the biggest factor that impacts our ability to safely conduct rides. Again, we will notify you as soon as we're able if we have to cancel a ride.

FAQ

• Do you allow dogs on the ride? We don't allow any dogs or pets on the property due to potential safety issues and insurance.
• Do you allow alcohol on the ride? Our insurance does not allow alcohol on the ride.
• Can I bring my own blankets? We provide warm blankets for use during your ride, and you're welcome to bring your own if you'd like a little extra coziness.
