6.1 Incorporation by Reference

This separate policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. It has the same legal effect as if it were included in full within these Terms.

6.2 Explicit Agreement Required

By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to:

• The Payment Policy
• The Billing Policy
• The Cancellation Policy

—even though they are published separately on the Site or during checkout.

If you do not agree to those policies, you must not complete a reservation.

7. Prices and Availability

All prices, availability, and scheduling information are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

• Adjust pricing
• Limit the number of bookings
• Modify or discontinue services

8. Weather & Operational Conditions

Winter outdoor activities are subject to weather and horse-related operational conditions. While the liability waiver covers physical risks, Haven Pines LLC may:

• Cancel or reschedule rides for safety
• Modify routes or experiences as needed

Refund or credit outcomes are governed exclusively by the separate Cancellation Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, design, and media, is owned by Haven Pines LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without express written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

The Site may use or link to third-party services such as:

• Stripe (payment processing)

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party sites or services.
